[Existing APP Termination Schedule and Changes of Major Services]

META-PASSPORT

- The META-PASSPORT service ended on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at 23:59:59 (KST).

The SMTOWN APP has been issuing stamps since August 4, 2023, and as previously announced, you can find the stamps issued from the META-PASSPORT service and the digitally converted PINK PASSPORT stamps on the SMTOWN APP.

SMTOWN AR

- SMTOWN AR VIEWER APP service is scheduled to end sometime in 2023.

Please check the notice later for more information.

And you can still play and save AR content in the new 'SMTOWN' APP.

You can also view all of your existing AR content.

KWANGYA CLUB

- The community service will be terminated on Monday, September 11, at 23:59:59 (KST).

The SM ARTIST OFFICIAL FANCLUB platform will be changed to 'Weverse' from Tuesday, September 12.

For details related to the change of the fan club platform, please check the announcement of KWANGYA CLUB for each artist.

『aespa LIVE TOUR 2023 ‘SYNK : HYPER LINE’ in BOSTON』 will be held at the “MGM Music Hall” in BOSTON on September 2nd, 2023.

The Stamp issuing process has changed from META-PASSPORT APP to SMTOWN APP GPS Verification.

We would like to inform you the available locations and time slot to collect the MUSIC NATION SMTOWN DIGITAL STAMP. Please refer to the following details if you are attending the Concert.

▶ September 2nd, 2023 (SAT) 09:00 - 23:50 (EDT)

※ Schedules above are subject to change due to various circumstances.

[ How to collect MUSIC NATION SMTOWN DIGITAL STAMP ]

▶ STEP 1. Update and sign in (Log in) to SMTOWN APP

▶ STEP 2. Main > Hit ‘STAMP’ button on right top corner

▶ STEP 3. Hit ‘GPS’ button

(Allow access at ‘Settings’ > SMTOWN > Location > ‘Always ALLOW LOCATION ACCESS’)

▶ STEP 4. Stamp collected!

*Guidance

If you receive an error when issuing a ‘STAMP’, please check your network status in your mobile device.

If your mobile data or Wi-Fi network is unstable, then the ‘STAMP’ might not be issued.

[ Where to collect MUSIC NATION SMTOWN DIGITAL STAMP ]

▶ Within 500m from the venue at the MGM Music Hall in BOSTON.

(Please try the Location Verification near the concert hall as possible to avoid any interruptions in collecting STAMP)

▶ STEP 2. 메인화면 > 오른쪽 위 스탬프 버튼 선택

▶ STEP 3. ‘위치 인증’ 버튼 선택

(‘설정 > SMTOWN APP > 위치정보접근’ 허용이 필요합니다)

▶ STEP 4. 스탬프 획득!
