(Allow access at Settings> SMTOWN > Location> Always ALLOW LOCATION ACCESS)

If you receive an error when issuing a ‘STAMP’, please check your network status in your mobile device.

If your mobile data or Wi-Fi network is unstable, then the ‘STAMP’ might not be issued.

디지털 전환된 핑크패스포트 스탬프도 SMTOWN APP에서 모두 확인 가능하오니 참고 부탁드립니다.

SMTOWN APP에서 QR코드 스캔과 GPS (위치기반) 인증, 두 가지 방법을 통해 스탬프를 받을 수 있습니다. 인증 방식은 각 공연 및 행사에 따라 다를 수 있으며, 자세한 내용은 스탬프 발급 공지에서 확인하시기 바랍니다 .

SMTOWN APP은 업데이트를 통해 앱마켓(구글/애플)에서 최신 버전(v3.1.4)으로 사용해주세요.

Effective August 4th, 2023, the method for issuing DIGITAL STAMP will be changed from the META-PASSPORT App to the SMTOWN App.

Please kindly find updated SMTOWN application(v3.1.4) at App Store and Google Play Store.

Note: All Stamps collected through your META-PASSPORT and digitally converted PINK-PASSPORT can be verified within the SMTOWN App.

- Checking your STAMP: SMTOWN APP > MY PAGE > STAMP

You can get the STAMP through two methods: QR code scan and GPS (location-based) authentication.

Authentication methods may vary for each concert(included fan meeting, evet etc), please check the STAMP issuance notice for details.
